Creative cloud problem download

I'm trying to download for the first time Creative Cloud but before the installation starts it redirects me to the sign in page. After im signed in, it kicks me out of the program right back to the sign in page. Its the same thing over and over again. How can i resolve this?(Macbook 16)

install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
