Hi, I have two questions. 1. My adobe acrobat has updated but I own the CS6 version and now when my Acrobat DC trial expires I won't have access to my pdf works. I was hoping you could give me the download to get the old one back or give me access to an older version of acrobat because I did pay for it. 2. My mom has the CS6 collection but has a new MAC desktop and would like to use her CS6 collection but she was told by some people who use MAC and have had to work with adobe that it won't work on new macs. Is this true or can she be given the download link to access and sue her CS6 versions? Please let me know as soon as you can and thank you for your help.

CS4, CS5 and CS6 are on life support. But they can still be activated providing you have the following:
1. original media (disks or downloads) you received at purchase,
2. a legitimate serial number for that particular version, language and platform (Win/Mac),
3. an older operating system that can support legacy 32-bit apps.

NOTE 1 : Creative Suite installers won't work on macOS Sierra, High Sierra or Mojave without terminal workarounds.

1 - CS6 will NOT work on Mac Catalina

2 - For CS6 back to CS4 you may download ONLY if you bought direct from Adobe via download
-Log-in to your account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/products
--click Order history on the left and then the link to your order that will show on the right
--and finally click the link "Downloads and serial numbers" that will appear
---as always, write the serial number in a text file AND copy that text file and the
---download file(s) to an external drive (or two) to be sure you have what you need
-if you did not buy direct from Adobe via download you must find your original install
-if you have an Education or volume license you MUST use your original media
--the link for an Education or volume license download is not available at all
-if you bought a disc and don't have a drive you will need to buy an external USB drive
-if you bought and lost a disc Adobe does not provide a replacement via download
-if you bought a download from a 3rd party vendor you will need to contact that vendor

On MAC's with Catalina OS any version prior to CC2019 does not work. This has nothing to do with Adobe, as Apple cut off the support for 32 bit applications in Catalina, and before CC2019 there were some dependencies on 32 bit components.

NOTE 2:  Creative Suite cannot run on Catalina.  Don't even try it.  Either downgrade your OS or buy modern, compatible  64-bit software.

NOTE 3: Adobe removed the CS updaters.  Your product may not work properly without the updates.

NOTE 4:  Legacy Creative Suite is discontinued & unsupported.  Use it at your own risk.
