Downloading premier pro cc to android tablet and windows laptop

I am about to download premier pro cc and have two questions:

• Can this software be downloaded and used on my Samsung (Android) tablet?
• Can it be downloaded on more than one device? I use this tablet mostly but do also use a windows laptop

Adobe Premier Pro CC only runs on desktop systems, it will not work on an Android Tablet.
