How can I export a newsletter designed in Adobe Spark for re-upload into mail chimp?

That won't work.  Adobe Spark is not suitable for sending as an e-mail.  MailChimp has their own Templates which are tested to work in all major e-mail clients.  Create your e-mail with their online Template Builder.

Or send a plain vanilla e-mail to your mail list with a link to your online Spark page.
