Hi, so I'm a student and I was given instructions on what to do on how to get this access for free until May 31st, everything was going smoothly until Photoshop was downloaded and it notified me that my ID is expired, what should I do?

If not, you need to contact your school
Adobe is providing "free" access to its Creative Cloud apps only if you are in education as a teacher or student. For institutions that give students access to Creative Cloud apps through on-campus computer labs, Adobe is enabling those students to work remotely for 60 days through a temporary "at home" access. This has to be set up through the school.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.

It is not "free access". The program is for schools who subscribe to Creative Cloud in their labs to extend that access because students can't get to the labs. See details here:

If your school is part of this program, then talk to your IT department. They need to fix it at their end.
