getting these two error messages when trying to open creative cloud after downloading it

I get these messages when I try and open creative cloud after I download it on my new computer and they have no error codes so I cant check into them on adobe's download support function because they have no numbers, was hoping someone knows how to fix this, I have tried to repair it 5 times with no luck and have unistalled and re-installed a total of 9 times with no luck, same error messages everytime.Capture.PNGf.PNG

Both errors mean that you're missing the "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019".

You can download it from either site below (note: x86 = 32-bit, x64 = 64-bit):
