I can't find/view my products.

My account says I'm using a PS trial & that I'm not paying for it but I do pay for it. I also need my serial number and can't find that one due to the fact that my products aren't registered on my account.

If you are using Creative Cloud, you should not need a serial number.

FAQ: What do I do if Creative Cloud prompts me for a serial number?

If you registered a version of perpetual software, then you can go to:

Serial number and activation support, otherwise, the response above is your best hope
