I have the same problem when I migrated CS4 to a new Retina MacBook Pro from a Time Machine drive. I get Error: 150:30 when I try to launch Photoshop CS4. The License Recovery Tool does not seem to work with Mountain Lion. I cannot reinstall the software from disc unfortunately. That was too many moves ago and the discs are no longer available. I don't even think the installers will run with the current OS.
Any help would be much appreciated.
All the best,
Tom

I have branched this off to a separate discussion.
TomWolsky in general it is best if you install the applications instead of restoring them from Time Machine or using the Migration assistant to copy them from one computer to another. You can try the steps listed at Error "Licensing has stopped working" | Mac OS - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/error-licensing-stopped-mac-os.html. This may allow you to resolve this difficulty.
If it doesn't I would recommend formatting and only restoring your documents and settings from the Time Machine back up. You can download a fresh copy of your installation files by following the directions listed at http://prodesigntools.com/download-adobe-cs4-and-cs3-free-trials-here.html.
You can also find the serial number if it is registered to your account by following the steps listed at http://forums.adobe.com/message/3987968#3987968?promoid=KBHJW.

Unfortunately the computer no longer has a disc slot.
I think I tried all the options there. I have no FlexNet Publisher preference. The License Repair Tool doesn't run on my computer.
I do have the serial number, but I can't see any option to enter it.
The Adobe Installer folder in Utilities is actually an Uninstaller, which has now hosed the applications. Not much I can do now I guess.

TomWolsky if you have tried the solutions listed in the Licensing has stopped working document then I would recommend proceeding with the second option of formatting, restoring only documents and settings, and then reinstalling.
The links provided in message #1 will allow you to redownload the install files directly to the computer which you need to install on. Thus there will be no need for optical media.
I have seen users try to spend hours and even days recovering from restoring from a time machine backup/using the migration assistant. I have found if the licensing document does not solve the issue the most expedient course is to back out and restore your files again as previously described.

If I click File 1 for Photoshop CS4 I get
RequestURI=/support/downloads/dlm/main.jsp
If I right-click on the link and select Download Linked File I get
Requested URL was not found on this server.
The same thing happens for the Illutrator files.
Thanks.

Don't know what changed, but now the Photoshop CS4 files download. Unfortunately the Master Collection CS4 licenses I have don't work with this version of Photoshop CS4. I don't know if there is a download version of the CS4 Master Collection.

It is likely you have a volume license then. You should be able to go to https://licensing.adobe.com/ and download your software from there.

Thank you Jeff. I have both a volume license and a Mac Retail license for CS4 Master Collection. Neither works with this. I'm not allow to access the licensing site.
Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this web site.

Then you will want to work with possibly the purchasing department or the I.T. department for your organization/companty. Someone should have been given login credentials in order to make the purchase.
