I just suscribed yesterday to get some Adobe apps on my MAC laptop.
For some reason, I cannot click on the button "Download" of my account or even Creative Cloud app, nothing happens.
Could you please help me to solve that?
Other question: I am located in Paris and do not understand why I cannot contact support teams (it is almost 11 AM CEST time!).

Are you unable to download Adobe Creative Cloud app from browser?
or you are trying to download apps via Adobe Creative Cloud ?
Try to download from below link :
If Adobe Creative Cloud app is already installed you may try reinstalling the same
macOS v10.12 or later
