I have tried again, and again to install Adobe Creative Cloud, but it's still not working at all! I have also read all the instructions due the error code 117 (https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/error-code-117.html) and tried all steps, but it is still not working! I have also tried to uninstall, other internet conections and and... (below a screenshot, of the error)
Has anyone a idea what I could do?

I had a similar issue.
Make sure that you have all Windows updates that are available.
The one thing that was causing it for me, believe it or not, was that I needed to do a clean installation of the latest Studio graphics driver from the NVIDIA website. After doing that and restarting, all was OK.

I get the same error. Occurs when I try and install or update any app. I've tried all the suggestions in the help for the error without luck. Also tried all the tips suggested by Peru Bob

Not at all! I'm really out of ideas and have no clue what to do! Support is really not helpfull or their tipps, would it be possible maybe to install an older version?

Ok I have a solution, or lets say its not a solution but I made a new account on windows and tryed to install there and it worked, so with a new user account...
