Installing CS5 on new computer

I want to install my Photoshop CS5 on my new computer.   System is Windows 8.  Original version was downloaded at purchase.

I have my serial number from purchase and used it to download two files - Photoshop_12_LS4.7z and Photoshop_12_LS1.7z.  Now that they are on my system I can't get them open or installed.  Do I need a specific app to open them?

Any suggestions?

you have downloaded, at least, one incorrect file.  you should have one 7z and one exe file. 

to remedy, i would recommend deleting your current 7z files and downloading both files (file 1 of 2 and file 2 of 2) using the link below:
