photography plan

I bought photography plan today.

But when I access the adobe page, 

It says you're using a creative cloud free plan, and you need to upgrade to 

a paid trial version to use all of the features.

But I made the payment!

Also, only light room had been installed.

If I buy photography plan, I can use photoshop as well as the light room, right?

So I tried to install photoshop, but It says I need to buy additional photoshop.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
