Portfolio Masthead position not visible

Dear All,

 

Position option does not exist for the Mastered.

My aim is to have Masthead on top of the Navigation bar.

 

Like this example :

Try a different Theme.  There are 12 Themes to choose from.  Some have more options than others.

Your example looks like a Thomas Theme.
