Set up installing Adobe X1 - Why error message 1316 - The specified account already exists. What account?

The installation on a desktop running Windows 8 went smoothly. Now I am trying to do the same upgrade from Standard 9 to X1 and running into this problem. What account is the error code referring to??

uninstall all acrobat and reader programs.
