Trouble Installing newer versions of apps

Hi Guys,

I've just installed ID,PS & AI to my mac a few days ago. I tried to open up some work which i was working on yesterday on my Macbook but its saying that the work on my macbook was done on a newer version of ID (2015)...am confused as only installed the above 3 apps 2 days ago & they all say up to date? any ideas?

you can ignore the message and continue to open your files.

you can check the versions of your currently installed programs to make sure they are the latest by clicking help>about <program name>
