Changing sitewide links, no link to site found

In the first field I get no link to this site found. Yet there are 1500 links to what I want to change from so, I'm stumped to why this happens.

I solved it once by doing reboot of the software, but still  happening again.

1500 is quite a lot.    Are you certain you're entering the correct code?

It's been too many years since CS3 came out.  I don't remember much about it.  Below is the Change Link Sitewide panel from DW CC
