The last thing you need is a nasty gram from an attorney demanding penalty fees for taking content that does not belong to  you.   Worst case, they haul your butt into court and you wind up paying higher fines + court costs and possibly losing your web site when the host shuts it down.  It's not worth the risks.

Do a search for royalty free images on Google.  You can find affordable images at other royalty free image houses like Dreamstime and others.

The answer is in the code that you have used. Please make us privy to that code.

Wappler, the only real Dreamweaver alternative.

Hi

Here's one of the pages Monster Dracaenae Echidna

And here's the code

<object width="450" height="312">

        <param name="movie" value="http://backend.deviantart.com/embed/view.swf?1">

        <param name="flashvars" value="id=214274839&width=1337">

        <param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always">

        <embed src="http://backend.deviantart.com/embed/view.swf?1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="450" height="312" flashvars="id=214274839&width=1337" allowscriptaccess="always">

      </object>

However I think it may be down to the viewer to update adobe flashware, but happy for second opinion

#1 do you have written permission to use material from deviantart.com?  If not, you should obtain it first as you could be in a lot of trouble for copyright violation.

#2 Flash is a dead web technology.  Very few people can view Flash content anymore.  It's been replaced with HTML5 and CSS3.

Hi Nancy

It's an ish...... I have not got any content that has been explicitly denied  and a lot of the artists have said their work can be used for and purpose as long as they are credited. For the grey areas I thought linking directly to their galleries would bexpect reasonable as it would give them advertising.

Not sure about the flash element

You're not linking to their web site.   You're trying to take content on their servers and use it on your own site. Sorry but that's very unethical for a lot of reasons.

Oh dear I hadn't thought of if like that. Just looked at adobe stock and it's so expensive  £20 for 10 images is really out of my price range.Will need to find a cheaper alternative

Read the licenses very carefully.  Most are exclusive meaning only you can use them.  The license does not extend to other web sites.

Or use a stock photography site. Some are less expensive than others.
