When I've looked this up I get references to Business Catalyst which has been removed. I already have a website with Adobe Portfolio, can I also publish from Dreamweaver onto the same space? I used to have the domain connected to another hosting provider but transferred it to Portfolio. The catch is that if I wanted to build a website from the ground up on the current hosting space rather than creating another page within the Portfolio environment, I can't view or publish it anywhere.
Thanks. I'm trying to learn how to build websites from scratch.

No. Adobe Portfolio is an online site builder & hosting rolled into one. It cannot be used with Dreamweaver.
You need a commercial web hosting plan for your Dreamweaver site. Shared hosting on Linux servers is usually the cheapest option.

You get what you pay for. Free hosting might be OK for temporary testing and debugging. But it's rarely sufficent for permanent hosting needs.

I'm already paying enough for Adobe Creative Cloud as it is. I don't need a lot of space, just enough to be able to practise web design as I don't really know the code that well.

Not letting me edit so an addendum. My domain is connected to Adobe Portfolio which means it's impossible for me to associate it with another server simultaneously. I had it connected to an Ionos (formerly 1&1) server but now any files on that server in-browser due to the domain being disconnected.

So why don't you buy a 2nd domain name for your 2nd site?

Using Firebase there is no need for a domain name and the site is secured with an SSL Certifivate.
I created a video using another IDE that explains how I created an online site free of charge.
