Dreamweaver CS6 licence [How to swap English serial number for Chinese?]

I bought an Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 (Windows-English-Full-Disc-Perpetual License), the agency told me to get you to go to online chat with adobe. Tell them your os in Chinese. They will ask for your key and give u a new key for Chinese.

Where will i go to exchange the key ?
