Dreamweaver Extension Manager5

I am having trouble installing the ThemeDreamer extension. I have installed Dreamweaver successfully and when I go to the extension manager to try and instalkl the TD extension I get an error saying that the manager is unavailable and I must reinstall. I have done this several times but to no avail, I still get the error message. I was poking around the forum and read that someone had to install a patch? What patch must I install so that it works?

Im using Adobe Dreamweaver CS5

I could be wrong, but it appears that extension is not CS5 compatible. Only lists up to CS4 on their website.
