Dreamweaver initiating connection towards gambling domain oyranos.org and simplehitcounter.com

We have noticed dreamweaverhelper.exe which is part of adobe package (Adobe Dreamweaver 2021) initiating connection towards gambling domain oyranos[.]org and simplehitcounter[.]com. 

The domain oyranos[.]org and simplehitcounter[.]com is part of Adobe Dreamweaver 2021 repository. Please check why the software redirecting to this domain.

Is this normal or should be blocked traffic? Thank you!
