I have a website I have been maintaining for my company - I have very limited coding experience, but have managed to get along ok with Dreamweaver. My goal: I would like to add periodic articles that can post to our socials that drive traffic to our website. Ideally, the featured article would display on our homepage and past articles could be archived on a separate page. I am looking for any app that will make it easy to create this new bit of content to fully integrate into our socials and website.
I used Adobe express to create our first article but if I want to post to socials, it gives the express.adobe website, not our own website. And I don't see a way to export it so that it hosts from our website. I do not want to lose access to our content if I decide to cancel our subscription in the future, if that makes sense? I am hoping someone could provide other ideas to accomplish this task. TIA.
Not really. You're at the mercy of whichever content creation service you use. They all use their own dedicated platforms.
If you're looking for a long-term commitment that's self-hosted, all-in-one solution, switch your site from Dreamweaver to WordPress. Everything will be performed from WordPress's online dashboard -- creating & managing website, newsletter blasts, social media feeds, RSS feeds, etc, etc, etc... WordPress is open source server-software supported by most hosting provide

Adobe Express relies entirely on Adobe's architecture to host Spark pages (newsletters) and Spark videos.
There is no way to export those pages to another hosting platform.

Hope that helps. Post back if you have any questions.

Yes, I did integrate the page into my website with iframe, but I hated that I couldn't use our own website as the link on social media. Would adobe have an alternative that could more or less accomplish the same goal?

What are you using for your website? Is it something like a Wordpress or is it manually coded? There are also other alternatives to Adobe Express like a Canva, or if you need to host a blog elsewhere there are hosted Wordpress sites or ones offered through platforms like Hubspot that could give you more of the flow you are looking for.

I use Dreamweaver, so it is all manually coded. I do have Canva as well. I don't think I have time to set up/learn Wordpress, although it looks like it may be the only way to go at this point.

You could always copy the code from the Adobe Express page and paste it into Dreamweaver as a new page in your own site. Here I have done that using Wappler as my tool of choice.
Better still, create the article using a low code editor like Wappler inside your own website.
