CS6 stopped being sold years ago. Your only option is to buy the creative cloud or evaluate alternative solutions.  Also DW is in minimal maintenance mode and is no longer being actively developed so looking at alternative solutions may be your best bet.

Adobe employees can't reset licenses anymore, the servers for that are gone. Old licenses are dead for all customers except those who purchased them before 2017 and also have unused activations left.

If you're thinking about Auction sites, don't.  They're notorious for malware infected fakes that don't work beyond the trial, if they work at all.  The risk is too great.  Don't even go there.

Did you purchase CS6 from Adobe when it was still being sold?  A link to the download should be in your account along with the serial number to activate it.

NOTE 1:  The old installers won't work on Sierra, High Sierra or Mojave without a terminal workaround.

NOTE 2:  Legacy Creative Suite won't work on macOS Catalina, Big Sur or Monterey.  Nor will it be tested on Windows 11. 

As @BenPleysier said, it's a decade-old product that's no longer supported.   You will have better results with a modern code editor.

Dreamweacer CS6 has not been sold or supported by Adobe for a little over a decade. Anyone attempting to sell you a "new" copy is likely offering you a malware corrupted, illegal, cracked version of the program.

Be very, very careful moving forward.

If someone is willing to conduct a License Transfer through Adobe, then they likely have valid copy. I'm failry sure getting the license transferred will allow you to download the actual program from Adobe, rather than hoping you're not installing a keylogger and viruses.

If you want to edit Front Page files, use a modern code editor.
