How to remove the adobe updater from mac top menu bar?

i deleted everything else related to adobe off the computer bc i thought it would remove it but i guess im in a worse place now since i cant even touch it. If i interact w it it tells me to open updater. But i deleted that. is there any way to go about this through files or is it just going to be stuck there forever? ;/
