I use Dreamweaver UltraDev 1.0 and Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1

UltraDev does not support ASP.NET. ASP.NET support was added in Dreamweaver MX (or possibly MX 2004), and removed in Dreamweaver CS4. To the best of my knowledge, there are no plans to bring it back in future versions.

why ask Dreamweaver's version???

.net support was all but dropped in CS4.
