insert transaction on detail page

After submitting an insert form page, the user is taken to nextpage.php.

On this page, the results/submission from the previous insert form are displayed.

My question is, can I, using an Insert Transaction, grab those results and submit them into another table?

I've tried but haven't had any luck yet.

In this new table, where I hope to insert the recordset data just submitted, I'm assuming my problem is in the Get Value from drop down menu.

Any idea which selection equals grabbing the data from the recordset?
