I have been at this all week now and am going crazy. I have created a simple login page using php/mysql and a _mmsserverscripts folder has appeared in the local root directory. What is it for and do I have to upload this folder to my web hosting server for the login page to work on the web?
The _mmServerScripts folder begins with an underscore, so is normally hidden in the Files panel. Most people remain completely unaware of its presence.
It's used by Dreamweaver to communicate with MySQL. Without it, Dreamweaver would not be able to display details of your database tables and recordset results. It's used exclusively by Dreamweaver. You do not need to upload it to your remote server.
