Movie or Complete Book to learn Dreamweaver Developer Toolbox

Hi:
There are many books/tutorials and movie based lesson for DW but I didn't find a complete tutorial for Developer toolbox. Do you know any? An example based book or a project based movie that covers most of the features is what I really need.

There isn't a book dedicated to ADDT. A couple of years ago, InterAKT
sounded out both me and my publisher about the possibility of doing a
book. We concluded that the known customer base of approximately 10,000
was too small to justify the risk.

It's a chicken and egg situation. Unless there's a large potential
readership, no conventional publisher will take it on. Without good
documentation, the customer base is unlikely to grow very rapidly.

The old Interakt MK Kollection 3 site still has lots of useful information including flash videos. Be forewarned that some of the information shown does not apply 100% to DW anymore, but it has continued to help me at least to get going with ADDT.
