Please update PHP support in DW for PHP 8+. Can't be that difficult guys.

Adobe announced a few years ago that DW isn't going to be receiving any new features or bug fixes. It's only being kept barely functional under something they call a "Minimum Development Status".

I figure that's dev-speak for "digital necromancy" in other words, DW is Zombieware.

Still moving, but not technically alive anymore.

Highly unlikely, Jon explained in his post the reason why.

You might want to consider the phpstorm editor by jet brains if you are developing using php, it's the best in its field, in my opinion, for supporting that language.
