If youre asking when Dreamweaver will include the latest version of Bootstrap 5 components as snippets then it's highly likely the answer is never, as far as anyone knows. Dreamweaver has been in minimum maintenence for some time, no more additional features or updates are expected,  apart from some bug and OS fixes.

That of course doesn't stop you from manually deploying Bootstrap 5 in Dreamweaver.
