Texting images to a website

How easy is it to build a facility where somebody can take a photo with their mobile phone and then send it via Mobile Phone Messaging Service (MMS) to a website database where it can then be displayed on a webpage?

Is there a product out that has already got this kind of facility?

Can it be done with classic asp?
