The below error keeps appearing for my users with a full CC license. I have updated Acrobat but it made no difference.
Contact your administrator
Access to Adobe Document Cloud files and Acrobat online services, including sharing and e-signing, requires an update to the latest version. Contact your administrator for continued access.

Under Product Profiles you need to activate Acrobat Sign (if subscribed) and PDF services:
Then under Asset Settings you need to allow sharing. (This is my setup. You may want to use "No Restrictions"

@ormso38823769 Were you able to get this resolved? I seem to have a similar set up as you, where I don't have the product profile toggles mentioned in the help article. So, curious if / how you were able to get e-signing working again.

@kglad Yes, thank you for the link, we did look into that without success.
@default7umfgktl8ea9 & @Kevin Stohlmeyer We have a Teams subscription. We were finally able to get this resolved by getting a direct download link from Adobe support for the correct latest version of Acrobat. Here's the info they provided to us:
https://trials.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/APRO/Acrobat_HelpX/win32/Acrobat_DC_Web_x64_WWMUI.zip
Download the zip file Extract the zip file. Navigate to the Setup.exe file. To start the installation, double-click the Setup.exe file. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.

@default6uc3s7wfutqk We can't install latest version of Adobe on terminal server as it is not compatible with other third party application. Adobe and that third party applications are co-related. Adobe 2021 is compatible with it and we need to use that email function in Adobe 2021. Is there any other fix for this issue?

Yes, we tried that, but it didn't help.

Why would I be getting this same error when my license is just an individual license? I have no admin, I dont have an enterprise edition nor access to those settings. But I get thi error daily.

@PA Art Dept is your license managed at all like an educational program? If not, update your Acrobat.

We are a small business so it is just a single license purchased from Adobe that renews annually. Creative Cloud shows my Acrobat is up to date also.

Did you buy directly by Adobe or via a reseller?

and did you ever have a teams/enterprise/educational license on the problematic computer?

We bought directly from Adobe and have never had any other license types on these computers. We have been renewing and using this license for several years now without issue until this error started occuring in the last couple weeks.
