Hi I have cloned a repo from CEP resources and also tried to install zxpsigncmd But i am getting this error while running .exe file
I have tried all three versions that is 4.1.1, 4.1.103
Let me know if I am doing something wrong

That seems like a Microsoft error. Try by repairing the VS redistributable package. See the instructions mentioned in the following discussion

You could also try reinstalling if the repair does not work, see the instructions at the following

But how Microsoft Visual C++ is linked with zxpsigncmd, i just install a simple program,
Can you guidemw step by step to install zxpsigncmd and generate certificate

No software runs without dependency. Since you are working on a Windowns machine so it's obvious that any software running on this OS will have a dependency on it. And these libraries are the ones most commonly used by most applications, hence the dependency. So either you try by updating your WIN OS if there are any updates pending that generally updates/installs these libraries automatically else refer the links I shared and proceed accordingly.
Why do you want to generate a certificate for installing an extension?

I want to Publish my extension on adobe marketplace, i am following this documentation

Ok that answers the question about the certificiate. However, the suggestion for the problem resolution remains the same as I have iterated. Another option you could try is to use another machine to sign your extension. The ZXPSignCmd works on a MAC as well, try that.

Instead of cloning the repo, you could try downloading the binary directly. See if that makes a difference...
