This is unavailable. So very unavailable. Getting an old copy from someone else would not help. And so very useless, since Flash Player is going away in a few weeks.

As OP said, Flash CS3 (I'm assuming you're referring to Flash Professional CS3) is very, very old and no longer available for purchase/download from Adobe servers.  It's highly recommended to NOT download it from any 3rd party source as you never know what you're getting.
