Hello Community!

I'm using the ESTK Ver. 4.1.23 and I cannot get the Object Model Viewer for FrameMaker 2019 in the browser window?

Any suggestions?

Thank you!

Hi,

Does this mean that FrameMaker is missing in the browser drop-down list in the object model viewer?

Is FrameMaker connected in the script editor?

Best regards

Winfried

Winfried,

I think that was the problem. I'm trying to learn scripting so I'm in the learning mode with ESTK.

Thank you for your input!

Regards,

Sam

Hi Winfried, Sam marked your answer as correct, but how do you connect FrameMaker in the script editor? Or Sam, what did you do to get it to show up? Thanks. -Rick

You can open it directly from within FrameMaker with File > Script > New Script.

According to the ExtendScript manual, if you are running it independently, you connect it to FrameMaker by selecting FrameMaker from the drop-down menu.

Rick,

I think I was looking in the wrong spot? I downloaded a new version of the ESTK?

Attached is a screen shot. frameObjectModel.jpg
