A co-worker had the Adobe FrameMaker 11 version 11.0.0.380 re-installed and is receiving the following message:
Any suggestions as to how to resolve this will be appreciated.

There is a bug in FrameMaker11 installation.
you have to install an additional patch (11.0.2).

That one is best dealt with by contacting the FM folk directly - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#framemaker for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including FrameMaker.

We have tried a number of methods to get this zip patch file transferred, but our corporate systems have stymied our attempts to get it over. Maybe it's time to go via personal computers....

Are you still getting the same message about the serial number being revoked or is it the browser not supported message? If the latter, then the issue is on the Adobe acivation server end of things - you hen need to apply the fix from here - https://helpx.adobe.com/tech-comm-suite/kb/deprecated-internet-explorer-10-with-ims.html

The message that we are getting is still that the serial number is being revoked.
