Current work follow process
Step1:-
Open the pdf in "Open the pdf in "
Adobe Acrobat 7.0 standard". Save as XML file.
Step2:-
XML and stylesheet.Transformation task is performed. Finally XML-A1 generated.
Step3:-
XML-A1 is imported in "Adobe Framemaker 7.2".Inorder to get structured framemaker file.
Problem
Even though structured framemaker is created,The input xml file from "Adobe Acrobat 7.0 standard" , Lot of unwanted data like tab, bullet dots are present in xml(Step1).
So final output in framemaker is not good.

You would need the Developer Kit specific to the product version, i.e. the 7.2 FDK and program your needs in C or C+. Since there are so many possible things that would need fixing, you may want to consider using FrameScript as more easily proto-typing solution. See: http://www.framescript.com/
Have you also tried exporting RTF from Acrobat, importing that into unstructured FM (cleaning up as required) and then using FM's conversion table approach to get a structured document?
