AdobePDF to AdobeFramemaker7.2

Dear Adobe Expert/User,

Currently we are having task AdobePDF to AdobeFramemaker7.2

Current work follow process

Step1:-

Open the pdf in "

Open the pdf in "

Adobe Acrobat 7.0 standard". Save as XML file.

Step2:-

XML and stylesheet.Transformation task is performed.Finally XML-A1 generated.

Step3:-

XML-A1 is imported in "Adobe Framemaker 7.2".Inorder to get structured framemaker file.

Problem

Even though structured framemaker is created,The input xml file from "Adobe Acrobat 7.0 standard" , Lot of unwanted data like tab, bullet dots are present in xml(Step1).

So final output in framemaker is not good.

Proposal

I have gone through "Adobe FrameMaker 6.0 Developer Kit" (http://www.adobe.com/devnet/framemaker/fdk/6/)

Can it help my task.How to it works?I am intersected to know about it..

You would need the Developer Kit specific to the product version, i.e. the 7.2 FDK and program your needs in C or C+. Since there are so many possible things that would need fixing, you may want to consider using FrameScript as more easily proto-typing solution. See: http://www.framescript.com/

Have you also tried exporting RTF from Acrobat, importing that into unstructured FM (cleaning up as required) and then using FM's conversion table approach to get a structured document?
