Can FM7 do page number 1A, 1B, 2, 3, etc?

We produce technical manuals and occasionally have to issue and distibute change pages. In order not to repaginate the entire book, new (inserted) pages must be numbered with a letter suffix, for example 5-143, 5-143A, 5-143B, 5-144... etc. How can something like this be accomplished using FM (I'm still using v7.0).
