Download older FrameMaker Version 2019

hello guys & girls, 

i am a little bit new to the Creative Cloud Thing from Adobe. So in the past we purchased 4 Licences for the Adobe Framemaker and have the urgent need to install it in Version of 2019 (i guess its simply FrameMaker19 instead of 2022). 

Now we´ve got a Case where Laptop had to be reinstalled and the User needs FrameMaker, but could only get it in Version2022 over CreativeCloud, wich will not work for them to use.

So I´ve had a chat with the support, but they could simply send me to the Trial-Download Page with gives me the Version2022, too.

So my questions is, is there any posibility to get FrameMaker in Version2019 to download?

You might try downloading it from the account that bought the licenses by going to licensing.adobe.com

Hello Jeff, 

so unfortunately i couldn`t test it your way, but luckily i just got a very quick answer from the Support Team. 

I wrote them via the e-mail tcssup@adobe.com and received an answer with an download link for the Version i needed 😃
