FM to XML and Back XML to FM issue

I am trying to convert a document between framemker to XML, then little edits in XML and then back to Framemaker. I am using FM 8.0. I have created the EDD and it has only very simple paragrah and Title Elements. Nothing Fancy. Made dtd out of it. Imported EDD to FM file no issue. Saved it as XML no isssue. When i open XML file in framemkaer again, it shows the whole content twice. E,g. if i have frame maker with Titel and Paragragh, XML editor shows it right. But when i open XML in FM, i do get two isntances of Title and Paragraph. Structure View shows, a duplicate EDD enteries extended with RED dotted line.
I am using windows version of FM.

Looks like that you might have the content also in your template file?. Check that the template frame uses (from structapps) is empty.
