FM10 and Windows 7 versus FM10 and Windows XP

Hi, when I open a Framemaker 10 document, using Windows 7, I receive the following Internal Error: 10024, 7687848, 7688138, 10076935 and FM10 closes down.  I can turnaround and open the same FrameMaker 10 document, using Windows XP, and it opens without any problems.  I have to be able to use Windows 7 and FrameMaker 10 together.  Any solutions?

Which version of Win7, 32- or 64-bit? Are you running in compatibility mode? Is your FM10 all patched up (FM10.0.2 was the last patch - get it here: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=22&platform=Windows )

Does FM10 open without crashing by itself? If so, then try saving the document to MIF on your XP system and open the MIF on your Win7 system.

Are you running in compatibility mode? no

Is your FM10 all patched up (FM10.0.2 was the last patch)? yes - running version 10.0.2.419

Does FM10 open without crashing by itself? yes

If so, then try saving the document to MIF on your XP system and open the MIF on your Win7 system - opened document on XP system and saved as MIF.  Opened on Win7 system and no problem, until I saved back to FM and tried to open again, same problem occurred.

Additional information: Changed compatibility mode for FM and it worked.
