Special > Hypertext > URL > then: mailto:someone@somewhere.com

Important suggestion: At first please create a character format like 'Hyperlink'.

  1. Select the text, word or phrase on that you will have a hyperlink with e-Mal address Link.
  2. Set the character format 'Hyperlink' on this word or phrase.
  3. Select Menu Special > Hypertext Marker and ...
  4. ... choose 'Go to URL'
  5. Type with following syntax: message URL mailto:name@address.com
  6. Save as PDF and you will have a Hyperlink e-Mail.

Hi,

Additional information to what Art and Georg already said:

The character format for the hyperlink can have everything

set to "As Is". You do not need to apply another font or

color.

If you do not apply a character format, the hyperlink extends

over the whole paragraph.
