I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including FrameMaker. Second, let's start with some basics. What version of FM are you using? Include the point version too as there may be patches that you haven't applied. Next, are you using Structured or Unstructured FM? Where are your files located - local or on a network drive or in some CMS version control system?
