Framemaker 10 license deactivation

Greetings,

We have a Framemaker 10 TLP multi-license software certificate which includes 4 licenses.

One of our machines hosting a Framemaker license broke down before we could deactivate the license (it was part of a secure network, and it was effectively locked out of the internet). Is there any way to deactivate the license for this machine or otherwise or retire this machine from the Adobe server records? We do not want the broken machine to count against the number of allowed activations.
