Framemaker 2017 crashed twice today and other times since I've had the upgrade in the last month. Need some help. Today the crashes seemed to happen when I was doing nothing in Frame.

I'm on 64 bit operating system, Windows 7, 8 GB RAM. Other times the user interface will degrade and the text looks very strange. When that happens, I can shut down Frame and/or my computer, and that seems to clear it, but today I couldn't do that and the wheel started spinning and it announced that Frame was closing.
