FrameMaker 2017 Hanging when publishing structured document

I am trying to publish a structured FrameMaker document using the Basic HTML output format. The process starts, but then hangs without any progress.I am using element attributes to label some of my elements, and some of those attributes contain a huge amount of information. However, I have used the same process on similar documents, with similarly large attribute strings (if not larger), and that document published just fine...using exactly the same settings. Does anybody have any suggestions on where I can look to find what is causing the execution to hang?
