FrameMaker 2019 had built-in password protection in the Publish to PDF dialogue. But not FM2020?...

I have never before had any need for password protecting my pdf files, but now I do. FM 2019 had built-in password protection in the Publish dialogue, but what has happened to that feature in FM2020?...Has it been moved somewhere else? ...
