FrameMaker 2019 Release 1 crashes on import graphic or pdf generation

We were having crash issues with 2019, mostly around importing files but pdf generation was working.  Now, after Release 1 just selecting the "save as pdf" option, FM immediately crashes with no notification.

Also, any attempt to import a graphic, using the icon, using the "file import" option or dragging and dropping causes FM to crash as well. 

No notification, it just closes.
