FrameMaker 2019 Release 1 crashes on import graphic or pdf generation

We were having crash issues with 2019, mostly around importing files but pdf generation was working. Now, after Release 1 just selecting the "save as pdf" option, FM immediately crashes with no notification.

Also, any attempt to import a graphic, using the icon, using the "file import" option or dragging and dropping causes FM to crash as well.

No notification, it just closes.

No such bad experience on my system x64.

To find out reasons it is important to know whether You run the 32 or 64 bit version of FM-15 (aka 2019).
