i need help with this reoccuring error when attempting to create a PDF

To help, the forum needs to know:

exact Frame 10 version
windows version (Vista, XP, 7)
windows variant (32- or 64-bit)
Acrobat version, if installed separately
Order in which FM and Acro (even Reader) were installed
does MIF washing help?

exact Frame 10 version - just updated to the lastest version 10.0.2
windows version (Vista, XP, 7) XP
windows variant (32- or 64-bit) 32 Bit
Acrobat version, if installed separately Not installed
Order in which FM and Acro (even Reader) were installed FM -ACRO
does MIF washing help? no

Try printing directly to the Adobe PDF printer instance

First, I hope you've forwarded the error log to Adobe Tech Support (like it asks). How are you creating the PDF? Save as or print to Abode PDF printer instance?
