I installed framemaker on a surface pro i can login under admin login but when new user launch framemaker nothing happen.
i added the user as local admin and made sure c:\user\appsdata\roaming\adobe\framemaker have full access to the path but still no luck in launching Framemaker
i have 3 new user with the same problem no error come up
but when i log to the surface pro my self i can open framemaker.
in the past i was advised to check regedit and change to %userprofile%\documents that use to fix it but not anymore.
any help is appreicated
